Hi,

I will attend the contributor summit. I think it would be useful to have a short talk about the Plugin Modernizer Tool

Cheers,

Great idea! Thank you! :hugs:

We could even organize a small brainstorming session about a potential plugin upgrade campaign using the tool. This would be an excellent opportunity to:

  1. Discuss the tool’s capabilities
  2. Identify priority plugins for upgrading
  3. Plan a coordinated effort within the community

If there’s interest, we could allocate some time during the Contributor Summit for this discussion. It would be a great way to leverage our collective expertise and drive progress in plugin modernization.

Let us know if you’d like to see this added to the agenda!

I will add the current agenda in my next post.

Hello Jenkins Outreach Team,

I’m Hare Sahani, a second-year IT student and an aspiring contributor. I’m interested in attending the Jenkins Contributor Summit in Brussels on January 31, 2025, as part of my preparation for contributing to Jenkins in GSoC 2025.

If there’s an opportunity to present, I would love to share my journey so far with Jenkins, the challenges I’ve encountered, and the insights I’ve gained as a new contributor.

Looking forward to connecting with the community and learning from experienced contributors!

Thank you,
Hare Sahani

Thanks for your interest @haresahani ! The contributor summit is intentionally a face to face meeting so that people interact locally in the same meeting room.
