Hello, I have install Jenkins 2.541.2 with OPEN JDK 17.0.18+8-windows-x64 on windows 2025 server. After I install that, I can not see People, Manage Jenkins, My view button on Dashboard. I need to add users and plugins. Without these button how can I do it.
