Manage Jenkins shows "No items"

Hi All,
I have an install of jenkins version 2.462.3 on Windows, when I go to manage jenkins I just see “No Items” does anyone know what might be the cause of this?

I am the admin on Jenkins so its not permissions, I can re-install it but I would like to try and fathom a fix. The only thing I have done is migrate old jobs over.

If I go to the menu items via a URL then it goes to them so I know its not an issue with jenkins itself just what the menu is displaying. I know this has worked in before so I copied over the original config.xml but I still have the same issue.

Anyone seen this before? or have an idea what it might bet.

I think its being caused by app.js but I havnt done anything to it.

What browser in which version are you using?

Hello! Tried Edge and Chrome, both versions 130.

I am using java 17 as well and I have a second install of jenkins (version 2.440.3) on linux which works fine so I know the browser is good.

Managed to resolve it, after many days of messing about with plugins and conf files I simply removed and reinstalled java

Restarted jenkins and it all came up fine!
