        • Original proposed date was Dec 13-15 proposed dates
    • CDF Committee - AT reached out to CDF and plan to attend their Dec 14 meeting. JMM would like to join as well.
  • November Newsletter: Contributions from all SIG chairs are in the draft …YAY!! Thank you BV for starting the PR
  • GSoC 2023
    • We have always recommended for new contributors to get involved early. Thanks to JMM his post detailed the steps to prepare an effective submission.
    • Dec 20, 2022 @ 4PM UTC we will host an in depth webinar going over steps prepared in JMM’s post. Dialin via Zoom Launch Meeting - Zoom
    • We are collecting project ideas, they’re currently in draft. Easiest way to propose project idea is to open a https://community.jenkins.io to propose ideas
    • We are still in need of mentors
    • In January we will be major push with deep dive into project ideas
    • Upcoming milestones:
      • Jan 12, 2023 - Org admins will meet (in this meeting) to go over Mentoring Org application response.
      • Jan 23, 2023 - GSoC Mentoring Org Application open
      • Feb 7, 2023 - GSoC Mentoring Org Application closes
