I was wondering if its worth condensing the updates so they don’t take ~3 hours?
We could use some morning time to brain storm for the workshops and then the afternoon time to maybe do something in the workshops?

Yes, Tim and Damien, we are considering that to allow for more time for more :brain::cloud_with_lightning_and_rain: and maybe flash introductory presentations for the infra breakout session !

And for Jim, we will have to cram your subject into the maintenance track.
