I’m a Final Year Software Engineering Student from Lahore, Pakistan and I’ve been following the ‘Retool Jenkins io Success Stories’ project idea for GSoC 2026.
I got a bit carried away exploring the current site and decided to redesign the Hero Section for fun to see how it would look with a modern React/Vite aesthetic. I’ve actually just opened a Pull Request #337 with this concept!
Redesigned and implemented the old fashioned Hero Section with this Modern Touch.
Redesigned Hero Section:
I wanted to move toward a high-tech, ‘glassmorphism’ vibe with better information hierarchy. I’m really looking forward to engaging with the community, getting feedback on this UI direction, and officially submitting my proposal soon.
