Hi everyone!
I’m Swapnendu, a Full-Stack Engineer and 4th-year CSE student, and I’m really excited to share my interest in contributing to Jenkins this summer. I’ve been following the project ideas for GSoC 2026 and two specifically caught my eye: Retooling the Jenkins.io Success Stories and the Contributor Spotlight platforms.
I’m particularly drawn to these because I love building tools that bridge the gap between technical ecosystems and the people who use them. Last year, I participated in GSoC 2025 with Keploy, where I worked on Keploy Dashboard - Modular Metrics Visualization Platform.
For these ideas, I’m looking to:

Modernise the UI/UX: Make the stories more engaging and easier to navigate.

Streamline the Workflow: Simplify how new stories and spotlights are submitted and published to ensure the content stays fresh.

Scalability: Ensure the underlying architecture is easy for the Jenkins maintainers to manage long-term.
