[GSoC 2026] Proposal Interest — AI Chatbot to Guide Jenkins Workflow | Aditya Tiwade
Hello everyone,
My name is Aditya and I’m a 3rd year B.Tech AIML student from India. Recently I started exploring the Jenkins ecosystem and plugin development. I also completed the Jenkins plugin tutorial to get a basic understanding of how plugins, extensions, and Jelly views work.
I’m interested in the “AI Chatbot to Guide User Workflow” project idea for GSoC 2026. I’ve already started looking into this idea and trying to understand how such a chatbot could be integrated with Jenkins.
Currently I’m exploring possible approaches for implementing it. One challenge I’m trying to understand is how the chatbot can access useful Jenkins context (like build logs, pipeline configuration, installed plugins, etc.) so that it can give helpful answers instead of behaving like a generic chatbot.
I’m still in the exploration phase and would appreciate any guidance or suggestions from mentors or community members.
