if this is for one of the (accounts/jira/etc) jenkins.io sites, then please create a helpdesk ticket to get your password reset - GitHub - jenkins-infra/helpdesk: Open your Infrastructure related issues here for the Jenkins project
If this is your own jenkins install, recommend you disable security via Disable Access Control and then reset your users password.
