    • Onboarding for new comers, make Jenkins more inclusive by improving the onboarding of newcomers. Thinking to organize a weekly or bi-weekly meeting for newcomers, where we will be explaining and talking about what is Jenkins, how can one start contributing. Inspo. Navigating through the whole, plugin code base, just an overview of all the repositories, it’s, overwhelming for beginners.
  • Adv & Outreach members think it’s a good idea, questions for Raunak to think about are sustainability, time to plan & host, timezone differences. We’d be willing to help out in anyways we can (content, speakers, etc). But be aware there may be low showup rate. Commit is key. Have a stock of things to talk about (maybe content up to 12 months). Maybe, before starting anything grab some data, grab some content, invite some people, test the water to see if they would come. When you have enough material then you can start. Maybe start on a monthly basis. Have structured content for each session would be helpful, things that are beginner friendly.
