Stupid Icon question

So - after updating from 2.2 > 2.5, I notice I have… flatter? Simpler? icons on the main screen for build status (pass/fail) among other things.

The icons in the Jenkins data “install” directory (c:\ProgramData\Jenkins\war\images is “solid color” images.

Just out of curiosity - since I have not explicitly installed anything for these (in 2.5), what is the source of the simple flat outline icons? How do I get the “fancier” icons back? I have the badges plugin installed which seems to be part of the default install. I know I had this before.

Thought I’d throw this simple one out there.

you can’t get them back. There are still around as old plugins might use them
The new icons are all svgs which can be better resized, you only need one svg for all sizes and they also look nice when you zoom in.
You find them in war/WEB-INF/classes/images/symbols

Thanks. It’s not so much a problem as it was just… odd.

Probably help if I said what I’m doing now. A very BRIEF WIKI on meanings of certain icons. In this case, the project status of rain clouds and the green checkmark etc for last build. They do not seem to be in that particular directory.

OOOPS! I was in the wrong directory. My bad.

Hmmm… the weather icons show as black squares in preview and not at all in Edge. :frowning:

No response required. I loaded some old jobs temporarily to get a capture of the icons to use in my local Wiki.
