I don’t know what SMTP server are you using to send your mail. It might require that you log in to the server before sending any mail.

“535 5.7.0 ERR.LOGIN.NONSSL” looks like the SMTP server requires Jenkins to use a secure connection. The SMTP server also advertises the STARTTLS extension, so you could try the “Use TLS” setting in the SMTP configuration in Jenkins. Source
