As part of the effort to gather figures and data about GSoC participations, I planned to download messages from the Gitter channel. But once I started to look for a technical solution, I realised that a lot of things changed (migration to Element).
What is the current status of Gitter?
Does the old Gitter API still work?
Any idea/hint/example on how I could download all messages (and senders) on a public channel from a given day until now?
