The user named in your screenshot is allowed to login, but has not been granted read permission. A Jenkins administrator will need to grant that permission.
Can you tell me how to find this administrator and request permission?
Not really. The Jenkins administrator could be the person that installed the system or the person that runs the system now. You’ll need to ask in your organization to find that person.
