Call for input for new Jenkins sticker

For sometime now, we’ve been on the hunt for new Jenkins sticker ideas. Thanks to CloudBees’ sponsorship we’re able to reach out to CommitStrip to create concepts for us.
Below are the initial concepts. We need the community’s input to help bring these concepts to fruition. Please choose:

• 4 images that resonates with you. Place them in the order of priority (1 being ‘your favorite’).
• Are there elements of the concepts that could be altered, added to be more Jenkins specific pls share your ideas.
• Any images that we should NOT use?
• Other feedback, ideas are welcome.

There does seem to a violent theme across the various images; Rambo, Terminator, Negan, Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, etc.

Is the objective to simply reflect pop culture, “Jenkinsified” or should Jenkins’ culture be reflected in the choice of sticker imagery?

One could make a case for Bruce Lee’s personal philosophy aligning with Jenkins; personal growth and self-actualization, and he believe in hard work and dedication, be happy but never satisfied. Or even his martial arts philosophy; simplicity, adaptability, freedom, pliability, casting off what’s useless.

Some of the others, I’m not sure they align ao much.

Thanks very much for the valid input. Great points all around. In our Advocacy & Outreach meeting last week, there were preference for the Bruce Lee image as well. Thank you for your +1 here.

I definitely like Bruce Lee, Avatar, Dune, Superman, and Snow White.

I like the avatar one (a little guy who tries to controller all aspects of the 4 elements and who discovers himself through his travels) and the spiderman one (with great power come great responsability)

Thank you to everyone who has provided input for the sticker designs. Bruce Lee and Avatar Ang had a lot of likes and the ideals of these 2 characters aligns with Jenkins and the community.

Below are the final products. We will have these in stickers at FOSDEM’25.
