  • GSoC updates:

    • 2 projects will be extended beyond the Sept 4 final eval deadline
      • Plugin Health Scores - Jagruti (Sept 18 UTC9 | final eval deadline Sept 25)
      • Building jenkins.io with alternative tools – Vandit (Sept 25 UTC6 | final eval deadline Oct 2)
    • Final JOM demo to be scheduled for Sep 14, 2023 at 15:00 UTC
    • Meeting notes of weekly office hours can be found here
    • Beginning to get interests for GSoC 2024

  • Recognize and retain top 30 contributors project.

    • Community voted on name for web page to highlight contributors:
      “Contributor Spotlight” is the winner.
    • We’ve received 1 contributor story. Kevin is likely working on it as we speak.
    • What: The Jenkins project has a large pool of contributors supporting the community/project.
    • Why: Oppty to acknowledge, thank, and highlight our heavy contributors - putting a personal/human aspect to the people who are helping to make the project better.
    • When: WIP. We are shooting to begin highlighting contributors at the end of Aug/beginning of September.
