- 9 applicants submitted 2-3 project ideas draft proposals
- Top 3 project ideas with most interest:
- CloudEvents plugin for Jenkins (4)
- Enhancing existing LLM model with domain-specific Jenkins knowledge (6)
- Implementing UI for Jenkins infra statistics (6)
- JMM: Noticed updated proposal(s) were resubmitted - either with same link or different link. We need to figure out a way to prevent this from happening next year. [AT: added instructions on the form not to make new submission for the same draft proposal]
- Draft proposal will close tomorrow @12PM UTC
- Deadline for mentors to complete draft review is March 27 @12AM UTC
- Next event : CdCon April 16-18 in Seattle, Mark will be attending.

- AT out of office April 3-19, should still be able to work on the final part of grading and submit final proposal rankings to Google.
- JMM: will be offline parts of April but will still grade, not available for meetings.
