- Mentoring Org application: Jan 27 - Feb 11. AT will draft responses to the application for Kris & Bruno to approve starting Monday Jan 27.
- AT will submit application before Feb 11.
- Feb 27 - accepted mentoring orgs announced
- Mar 4 & 5 - online meetup, project ideas overview by lead mentors (if accepted)
- Mar 24 - Apr 8 - contributor application period

- Jenkins stand location: Building K Level 2-A-9
- Stickers arrived, including 2 new sticker designs
- Mark will bring tshirts. One person asked for 3XL which we do not have.
- Rolling slide deck - content is mostly there. Make less wordy and more Jenkins branding
