Windows installation - Upgrade from JDK 1.8 to 11 and Jenkins 2.341 to Jenkins 2.360 successful but remote user get "site can’t be reached"

In a Windows installation, I upgraded from JDK 1.8 to 11 and Jenkins 2.341 to Jenkins 2.360 successfully but remote users encounter “site can’t be reached”.

Appears to be associated with the war, as when I set back JDK and War, remote users again can access the Jenkins server successfully.

Has anyone encountered this and has a resolution?

What do your logs say? This site can’t be reached is just your browser saying it didn’t connect, doesn’t really give any info.

Solved…clean install …no upgrade worked

I had the same problem when I upgraded jenkins to 2.401.3
