Based on the official article below, we’ve allowed 20.7.178.24 IP address on port 443 on the firewall. In Advanced setting I set the website :

I don’t know why any admin didn’t answer my questions ? I need all Jenkins IP address for installing plugings and update/upgrade Jenkins

Because the Jenkins infrastructure team is very busy with other work that keeps the Jenkins project running and healthy.
I’m not sure that there is a list of all Jenkins IP addresses for installing plugins and updating Jenkins. The updates.jenkins.io site includes a page that lists most recent releases. If URL’s from those most recent releases are extended with the ?mirrorlist query parameter, you’ll see a page that shows the Jenkins mirrors.
For example, the URL https://updates.jenkins.io/latest/jenkins.war?mirrorlist shows a page like this:
