The Tsinghua university location is able to download that file to my machine. No alarms have been raised for reachability of that mirror in the last 24 hours.
You may need to check with your network administrators to see if they are blocking access to that location. We’d love to have additional mirror sites if your organization would like to sponsor a mirror.
