Hello @Bervianto and mentors,

I have officially submitted my finalized proposal for the GSoC 2026 Jenkins AI Chatbot project. It incorporates the architectural shifts we discussed, including the LangChain ReAct Agent and Hybrid Retrieval logic.

I’ve also updated the background section to reflect the latest iterations on PR #283 and my environment audit. Thank you for the “pedantic” but incredibly helpful feedback so far—it has made this a much stronger engineering plan. Ready for any final questions!
