Privacy error on visiting issues.jenkins.io

Been trying to visit the jira page but I am hit with a privacy error like this:

issues.jenkins.io normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Chrome tried to connect to issues.jenkins.io this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be issues.jenkins.io, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.

You cannot visit issues.jenkins.io right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

Chrome does not even let me move forward so on firefox when I open anyway, it loads the jenkins on fire page with this message beneath: I am sorry to no be able to answer your request

Feel free to tell me what happened on our matrix channel or mail us or connect through Github helpdesk: jenkins-infra:matrix.org channel, Github-helpdesk, Mail to jenkins-infra for details.
