[OpenTelemetry plugin] Trace information in HTTP calls from Jenkins Jobs?

Is OpenTelemetry plugin supporting adding their trace information to all HTTP calls made by Jenkins Job execution?
If no, we use a groovy Jenkins library. Is it possible to capture from the environment the trace information so we can propagate it as a header to our other calls?
