I want to know all the vulnerabilities we have found till now in this version and their solutions. Should I upgrade it to the version 2.387.1.

I’m afraid I don’t understand the meaning of the question. 2.375.4 addresses vulnerabilities present on 2.375.3 and earlier. The same vulnerabilities are addressed in 2.387.1 onwards.
Therefore, you can safely upgrade to 2.387.1

To give more clarity on the question, I want to know if there is any vulnerabilities we have found in 2.375.4

There are no new vulnerabilities in 2.375.4. As I said before, 2.375.3 remediates vulnerabilities from prior versions.
