We’ve encountered an issue with Jenkins update. When we updated Jenkins from the current stable version 2.401 to the latest stable version, 2.414, the Jenkins service failed to start. As a result, we rolled it back to the previous version, 2.401, which is working fine now.
The BMC documentation doesn’t specify a particular Jenkins version requirement. Given this situation, should we continue using version 2.401, which is currently working well, or an update would be required in the future?

Which operating system are you using, and which JDK version is installed?
Could you please specify the method you used to update Jenkins? Did you use your package manager?
If possible, could you share any relevant log files?
