Hello Jenkins Community! 
My name is Mohammed Safwan, and I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology.
I’m passionate about DevOps, cloud computing, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. I have a foundational understanding of technologies relevant to the Jenkins ecosystem, and I’m particularly interested in exploring how Jenkins helps automate software development workflows, streamline deployments, and build reliable CI/CD systems.
I’ve recently started my open-source contribution journey, and I’m happy to share that my first pull request was successfully merged into the Elmo project, where I contributed unit tests for organization administrator roles. This experience motivated me to become more actively involved in open-source development.
Why Jenkins?
Jenkins particularly interests me because of its significant role in modern DevOps practices and continuous integration and delivery.
I’m eager to explore Jenkins Infrastructure, pipeline development, automation, and cloud-native technologies, while gaining practical experience by contributing to real-world projects.
I’m also preparing for Google Summer of Code 2027, and I hope to use this opportunity to deepen my technical knowledge, learn from experienced contributors, and actively participate in the Jenkins community.
My goal is not limited to GSoC. I genuinely want to become a consistent and valuable contributor, strengthen my understanding of Jenkins, and contribute to its continued development.
I’m looking forward to learning from the community, collaborating with fellow contributors, and making meaningful contributions.
