Unfortunately, Jenkins 2.394 was released over 18 months ago, so the plugin manager inside Jenkins will show plugins that may not be compatible with 2.394.
Your best choice is to upgrade to a recent Jenkins version. Since you’ve been running 2.394 for a long time, you should probably upgrade to a long term support release (LTS) so that you only need to upgrade once a month instead of once a week. The LTS release line documentation describes the process of upgrading from a weekly release to an LTS release.
