I was trying to test a plugin and when I run mvn hpi:run, it says Jenkins is fully up and running but I can’t access Jenkins at localhost:8080. I tried changing the port as well but I only get this in browser.
localhost didn’t send any data.

Your Windows computer may have a firewall enabled that is blocking access to port 8080. I checked on my Windows computer and mvn hpi:run works on my machine.
I totally disabled the firewall and reran the command but still facing the same issue.

I restarted my laptop now I can connect, not sure what is the issue earlier.
