How to restart a managed controller and a team controller in Cloudbees

I can’t find any good documentation in Cloudbees.

What are the steps to restart a managed controller in cloudbees via Operations Center UI and otherwise ?
What are the steps to restart a team controller in cloudbees via via Operations Center UI and otherwise ?
