Agenda:

  • GSoC contributor updates, any challenges/roadblocks?
    • LLM Model – Nour
      • Converting model to GGML format
      • Quantization with llama.cpp

Sized around 4GB [Link to the model]

  • Updated readme with how to continue training the model and convert to binary format to run on CPU

  • Had many trials fine-tuning the model

  • eos token and llama3 trial for the next week

  • Infra Statistics UI – Shlomo

    • Completed basically all the original goals
    • Stretch goal for the next few weeks is to work on a dark mode for the new stats site
  • GitHub Permissions - Danyang

    • Made some update of the features locally based on feedback of PR
    • Will finish and push all the change before the end of this week
  • Maintainability for the RPU – Phillipp

    • Continued locally with more work
    • Wait for get PR merged
  • OpenRewrite – Sridhar

    • Caching JDKs locally and switching between them is completed
    • Written tests to improve overall test coverage
    • Will work on reporting metadata data in a common place
    • Will add more recipes
  • Jenkins online meetup: Final presentation > Thursday, August 29 @ 1PM UTC
