Hi everyone,
I am applying for the Plugin Modernizer Stats Visualization project for GSoC 2026.
I have been exploring the jenkins-infra/metadata-plugin-modernizer repository and noticed that the validation workflow only triggers on changes inside **/modernization-metadata/**.
I was thinking of opening a small PR to also trigger the workflow when opt-out-plugins.json or files in the reports/ folder are modified, so that data quality checks run more comprehensively.
Is this a welcome change, @jonesbusy @krisstern @CodexRaunak ?
Any guidance would be appreciated!
