I’m applying for the “AI Chatbot to Guide User Workflow” project this year. Before the March 31 deadline, I wanted to share a working proof-of-concept I built to validate the core RAG architecture: it retrieves Jenkins documentation with >80% accuracy on a manual 15-question test suite, using ChromaDB + sentence-transformers locally.

I’ve also prepared a full proposal draft, if any mentor has a few minutes to review it privately before the March 31 deadline, I’d greatly appreciate the feedback.
