[GSoC 2025 PROPOSAL] Raunak Madan Improving Plugin Modernizer

Hi everyone

I’m Raunak Madan, a second-year college student at Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute with a strong interest in Jenkins and cloud-native technologies. I have experience working with Java, OpenRewrite recipes, Plugin refactoring, Maven, and Docker.

I came across the Plugin Modernization tool and found it really exciting. After contributing to the project, I realized its potential and how impactful it can be. I’ve made some contributions and am actively working on improving it further.

With that in mind, I’m excited to apply for GSoC and contribute to this project in a more structured way. I’ll be drafting my proposal soon and would love to get feedback from the community.
