The Hacktoberfest 2024 blog post provides a link to the Hacktoberfest events page. This page includes links to the Jenkins Jira issue tracker and its friendly issues report, which are great starting points.
You can also take a look at the GitHub issues in the repositories within the jenkinsci organization. Some of them are labeled as “Good First Issue”.
