- # of Hacktoberfest submitters: 81 (was 117 in 2022, -31%)
- Validated Hacktoberfest PR: 356 (was 531 in 2022, -33%)
- Validated submitters: 68 (was 95 in 2022, -28%)
- The dip in participation was felt across other projects as well, but the spam rate was much much lower than previous years
