Creating a Personal Access Token for jenkinsci organization

Hi,
I am updating a plugin project with a Github workflow action. I want the workflow to set the version of the project to keep it aligned with the upstream project (called Horreum). This is my pull request #23.

This all relies on creating a Personal Access Token on the jenkinsci organization.
I am a member of the project or what’s called an outside collaborator. But not an owner, member or moderator of jenkinsci organization.

Can someone help me to create this PAT or is this an unreasonable expectation ?

Thank you Tim for your suggestions. These opened up another idea for solving the problem.
