Changed the Jenkins URL Now I can't get into admin mode

So used the Jenkins UI to change the jenkins URL and made a mistake in the URL. Now I can’t get back into admin mode to change it back. How do I manually change it back. I made the change in the jenkins.model.JenkinsLocationConfiguration.xml in the home directory and restarted jenkins but that did not fix it?

Never mind it was the correct place to fix the problem…
