any time I push save or apply button on manage jenkins/system jenkins will give me this Oops thing
the stack trace show the following:

not sure how long I had this problem, any help is appreciated

That message indicates you have one or more plugins running that have not been updated for the configuration form modernization that happened in Jenkins 2.277.1.

that was fast response,
do not have time to triage which plugin is responsible of that break,
I removed some unused plugin and update all of the rest and that fixed my issue.
