Upgrade jenkins from 2.214 to 2.391 latest

Hi Team,

Getting jenkins starting issued after upgrading it from jenkins 2.214 to 2.391.

Also using the java11 after updaing jenkins using yum update. Could you please let us know are there any plugin dependencies for this. I got bitbucket blueocean pipeline plugin issue during startup. Can anyone share a solution how to update jenkins form version 2.214 to latest?

391-214 = 177
177 releases, at an average of 52 releases a year
thats 3 and a half years of changes.

I would recommend creating a new instance with all the plugins, then coping the jobs over. But as ^^ said, upgrade guide for each major version.
