We have an AWS SNS topic that’s subscribed to an SQS queue and a Jenkins job that is triggered by the SQS queue URL. This configuration has been working for over a year until recently. Within the past few weeks the job would no longer get triggered. I noticed our plugins (on the old version of Jenkins) warned that they were out of date so we updated Jenkins, Java, and the plugins to the latest versions yet the issue remains.
The Jenkins log shows entries like..

Does anyone have any thoughts on why the job fails to get triggered and/or how to debug this further?
