Hi,
I’m getting Java project from our local Gitlab server thorough Jenkins, and trying to deploy to our JBoss EAP 7.2 server, which is in domain mode.
pom.xml part is as follows:
<plugin>
<groupId>org.jboss.as.plugins</groupId>
<artifactId>jboss-as-maven-plugin</artifactId>
<version>7.9.Final</version>
<executions>
<execution>
<phase>install</phase>
<goals>
<goal>deploy</goal>
</goals>
<configuration>
<hostname></hostname>
<username></username>
<password></password>
<domain>
<server-groups>
<server-group></server-group>
</server-groups>
</domain>
</configuration>
</execution>
</executions>
</plugin>
I created Maven project in Jenkins.
The .war file is added in JBoss Content repository, but cannot be deployed to Managed Server Group.
In Jenkins project Maven Goals and Options is as follows:
clean install -X -Djboss-as.hostname="MyHost" -Djboss-as.username="MyUser" -Djboss-as.password="MyPassword" -Djboss-as.serverGroup="MyServerGroup"
I tried many different parameters for server group such as; jboss-as.serverGroup, jboss-as.serverGroups, jboss-as.server-group, jboss-as.server-groups, jboss-as.serverGroupName. All of them fails. I get this error:
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: JBAS010640: serverGroupName is null
What parameter should i use to deploy to a server group?
Thanks in advance.
