I am currently having an issue with Jenkins authentication, because they have an AD configured as LDAP, but it is presenting invalid user or password problems when performing a login, this intermittently because it sometimes happens with some users and sometimes to those users if you allow them.
reviewing the log, send the following message:
Caused: org.acegisecurity.AuthenticationServiceException: LdapCallback;LDAP response read timed out, timeout used:10000ms.; nested exception is javax.naming.NamingException: LDAP response read time
Caused: org.acegisecurity.AuthenticationServiceException: LdapCallback;xxxxxxx:389; socketclosed; nested exception is javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException: xxxxxxxxx:389; socketclosed;
Previously it said 60000 ms but I modified that variable in the configuration.
Do you have any advice to know what is happening?
We have already validated communication problems or some problem with the fw but all communication indicates that it passes without problems.

If I maintain my Jenkins session for approximately 30 minutes and after logging out and want to log in again, it sends me the error.
