Jenkins Installation Error Local Drive

I have been trying to install Jenkins, I have downloaded Jenkins MSI installer file and been trying to install it according to steps but got the “Installation must be only on Local Drive” error when I am trying to install Jenkins to C:/ProgramFiles I Only have C Drive on system which is a localDisk on properties
