Thanks for reporting that. I see that the feedback items are missing as well. That is a service provided by ratings.jenkins.io. Would you be willing to open an infra issue at https://issues.jenkins.io ?

@hxigor we’ve fixed and restarted the service, you’ll find more details in the issue you created.

It is there. Maybe there was a temporary availability issue (e.g. a community feedback server restart)
