we are exporting the audit logs of jenkins to jenkins app for splunk plugin,
i created the HEC token on splunk side and installed splunk plugin in jenkins and given the required inputs as in below image then got verified the connection also.
After that i restarted on splunk and jenkins side.i expected that jenkins app for splunk dashboard would be populated with data but its not. i checked on the splunk indexer , the jenkins audit logs are received with latest build log under index=jenkins but the data is not populated in jenkins app for splunk plugin dashboards as in below image.fyi we installed jenkins app for splunk plugin in splunk forwarder. please help us to resolve this issue

We are having the same issue. How did you solve the problem ? We see data iscoming to splunk but splunk for jenkins app do not populate the data. If you can help, i would appreciate it. This is my email. ozgun0690@gmail.com
I appreciated your quick response. i have installed the app on our heavy forwarder but still not seeing the data is being populated. Do i need to add props.conf or update any settings in heavy forwarder ? I see on apps configuration , build anlaysis using jenkins as index but we were using another generic name for jenkins data. Do you think i should be sending the jenkins data to jenkins index.
I haven’t made any changes in the props. I have just installed the add-on on the Heavy forwarder and restarted HF.
Send the jenkins data to jenkins index.
