Snippet generator not working after Jenkins upgradation and it is not showing any error

I have upgraded the Jenkins 2.440.1 version after that not able generate pipeline scripts using snippet generator and it is not showing any error. Also if i click ADD for credentials it showing 414 URI too long.

The problem is with different plugins, I already tried without any proxy and it didn’t work either.
Any recommendations?
