Is there any way to pass proxy server with webhook url(MS365Connector plugin) in jenkin URL?

I want to add proxy server only in webhook(MS365Connector plugin) URL in Jenkins. Is it possible? or any other alternative pluggins available?

If proxy configured globally in jenkins then github repo is not cloning.
