Hey all! I’m Kshitij Khare, working as an SDET based in India and I have recently started exploring open-source and I am excited to contribute to Jenkins for GSoC 2026.
I have proven experience in building scalable automation frameworks and handling the CI/CD pipeline on a production level. I work with Java [Core, collections and multithreading], Groovy, Maven, Docker and Datahub. I am currently exploring on how to leverage my experience and translate it into some useful contributions as well as getting to know more about the Jenkins infra.
I would be very grateful if someone could guide me towards a beginner-friendly issue or a good first plugin to explore. I’d love to start contributing actively this week and learn from the community!
