Notes

• Done:

  • Blocked by anti-spam system
  • database-postgresql-plugin doesn’t show latest release on update-center
  • Builds of jenkinsci/jenkins are failing on ci.jenkins.io due to launchable update from 1.66.0 to 1.75.0
    • Next launchable updates requires u s to be more careful. Test it next time using the pipeline library or a custom installation function in a pipeline
  • Account not created due to anti spam
  • Mirrorstats report wrong results
    • Note: removing a mirror trigger a full re-scan, delegating most of the traffic to fallbacks
    • archives.jenkins.io should be the fallback (and/or a lower weight mirror) => issue to create on the new milestone

• Work In Progress:

  • (new) Packer: GOSS version tracking and moving sanity check to goss
  • Remove Oracle Cloud project and tools
  • Move archives.jenkins.io service away from Oracle

Thanks so much for running the meeting, even without others attending. Some of the items that I can report:

• Jenkins 2.425 changelog has been posted
• Jenkins 2.425 container images confirmed available

Oracle cloud account payment is in process by Mark Waite. CloudBees has donated funds to cover the costs of the Oracle cloud account with the assumption that we will move our use from Oracle cloud to another provider.

I still haven’t run the final reports on Artifactory bandwidth reduction. Hope to work on that later this week when I return from traveling.
